Description Renato Dali 2016-12-12 02:38:04 CET
Description of problem:

When doing a textmode install, a brief instruction page is shown -- which is also displayed in net install.

The text is the same as the attachment in bug 18316:

https://bugs.mageia.org/attachment.cgi?id=7719

While the user has some time to read it in net install, when using the classic installer the screen is immediately cleared: the user has no time to read the instructions.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Mga6 sta 1

How reproducible:

Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert Mga6 sta1 classic installer DVD.
2. Press Esc and Ok for text mode install.
3. Maybe type text at boot prompt. (not sure about the order here)
4. Watch text message be output and cleared.

I remember having hit this, too, when using a classical DVD instead of a boot.iso
