Description Daniel Kreuter 2011-07-02 10:20:47 CEST
Description of problem:

After selecting all my songs and adding them via Drag & Drop to my playlist I get the following error on the terminal:

Gtk:ERROR:gtktreestore.c:1117:IA__gtk_tree_store_remove: assertion failed: (parent != NULL)
Aborted

When adding the same songs via RightClick --> Append to Current everything goes fine, only Drag & Drop fails.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Exaile on the terminal (needed for the error message)
2. Select around 200 songs or all
3. Drag them with your mouse to your empty playlist

Assigning to maintainer now that our maintainers database has an entry for
this package. Please assign back to bugsquad@mageia.org in case of a mistake
from me.

Sorry, can't reproduce here. I've started exaile, added like ~750 tracks to the library, selected those ~750 tracks in the library, and dragged them to the playlist, works without problems and no message in terminal.

Could you please rephrase or give a more detailed description? Or is what i described the action which didn't work for you?
