Description of problem:  After install, chose to go through updates step. Dialog listing packages appeared; but Buttons not visible on screen. Unable to continue via GUI -- CR works.

This was one of the issues reported in bug 19598, but the issue still needed its own bug report.

Btw, what is "CR" in "CR works"?
