Our version of rpmlint is getting old and hasn't been updated during the Mageia 6 development cycle. Let's update it for Mageia 7, soon in the release cycle preferrably.

It would be good to have a go at other bug reports about rpmlint or rpmlint-mageia-policy, such as bug 8167, maybe bug 7051, bug 6831, bug 6832

Some of them might be fixed just by the update, by the way.

I've rebased rpmlint to v1.10. Where appropriate, our patches were reworked for upstream submission and merged.
