RESOLVED |
Created attachment 8618 [details] system-config-printer installation failed An update a few minutes ago just asked to remove python3-requests. I'm not sure whether the cause was a missing pythonegg package (which previously wasn't missing or needed). After that, when I checked drakecong/hardware/config printer, I was offered to have system-config-printer, task-printing-server and task-printing-HP... except I already did it. To verify it, I opened the notification area and there it was the HP icon. I went on and asked for the installation of those packages, only to be greeted with the attached error message. Prior to installation I tested the printer and it's working as before.
