Description of problem:
In Plasma 5.8, default fonts are Noto and Hack. The first one is present in the repository, but the latter one is missing.

I think, it's also worth to install this fonts by default with Plasma Desktop.

fonts-ttf-hack is available in Mageia repos and can be chosen in Plasma font settings.
