Description of problem:

Gnome Cauldron log into Wayland:
Programs with grapic interface that require root-privileges do not start.
Only when starting in root-terminal - output only in Terminal (no graphical).  


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
latest Cauldron (switching back to x-org works correctly now(12.09.2016))

Only Gnome, with gdm. / lightdm doesnot let me choose wayland afaik.../
Using the Gallium-driver for APU: A8 6500T.

Output of MCC reminds on MS-DOS w.o graphics.

Usermode for example of "krusader" is o.K. but
root mode doesnot satisfy me....

Stellarium works ,and many "only usermode" programs (pms running without root privileges).

Workaround added by others in the other bug. However, this is an upstream change, so, â¦
