Description Charly Pammer 2016-09-03 08:01:00 CEST
Package java-1.8.0-openjfx cannot be installed, as no matching package for current Openjdk package can be found

Install attempt for java-1.8.0-openjfx:
urpmi -v java-1.8.0-openjfx
getting lock on urpmi
found package(s): java-1.8.0-openjfx-1.8.0.72-1.b15.1.mga5.x86_64 java-1.8.0-openjfx-1.8.0.76-1.b04.1.1.mga5.x86_64 java-1.8.0-openjfx-1.8.0.91-1.b14.1.mga5.x86_64
The following package cannot be installed because it depends on packages
that are older than the installed ones:
java-1.8.0-openjfx-1.8.0.91-1.b14.1.mga5

Installed OpenJDK is
rpm -qa | grep openjdk
java-1.8.0-openjdk-headless-1.8.0.101-1.b14.1.mga5
java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.101-1.b14.1.mga5

It seems that java-1.8.0-openjfx-1.8.0.101 is missing

Thanks for the hint. I tried the package from backports_testing. Works like a charm.

As release of package from https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19089 will fix this ultimately, I make this bug as fixed.
