This does *not* happen if diskdrake is opened via MCC instead of from the command line. Created attachment 8323 [details]

diskdrake =>
drakxtools and that just happen after latest gtk+3 update... This also doesn't happen in the install for "Custom Partition Selection" Still valid today with drakxtools-17.88-1.mga6, so it will likely still be valid in the released Mageia 6. Thus tagging with MGA6TOO for a potential update and targeting Mageia 7. As mentioned in comment 4, diskdrake shows the partitions properly when run embedded in the MCC. When run standalone, they don't display at first but will if you toggle expert mode. Target Milestone:
--- =>
Mageia 7

Summary:
Partitions do not paint when diskdrake opens (again) =>
Partitions do not paint when diskdrake opens in standalone mode I still haven't been able to reproduce, but I run it over ssh so that may make a difference. *** Bug 25058 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Reproduced this, but in a *different* install: Mageia 8 Plasma Live, booting from a gpt SSD partition, booted via grub2 entry. from konsole [live@localhost -] run *diskdrake* and issue is displayed as per comment-1. issue is not apparent as per comment-2 Whiteboard:
MGA6TOO, MGA7TOO =>
MGA6TOO, MGA7TOO, MGA8TOO Still happening in current cauldron. Pascal, I think you have to start it from a root terminal prompt, but I have no idea why this should matter. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 31396 *** Status:
