Description of problem: Plasma 5 Breeze ksplash theme replaced with Mageia one


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.7.3


With the update to Plasma Desktop 5.7.3 and corresponding updates Plasma Breeze ksplash theme is replaced with Mageia ksplash theme.
Just breeze ksplash files in: /usr/share/plasma/look-and-feel/org.kde.breeze.desktop/contents/splash are overwritten with Mageia splash theme files.

I guess the correct behaviour is just to provide Mageia ksplash theme besides the breeze one not to overwrite it...
