I've asked go-parts via the contact form on http://www.go-parts.com/contact_us.php whether it would be possible for them to regularly update the Mageia mirror again. Component:
RPM Packages =>
mirrors.mageia.org (In reply to Marja van Waes from comment #1) > I've asked go-parts via the contact form on > http://www.go-parts.com/contact_us.php > whether it would be possible for them to regularly update the Mageia mirror > again. Their reply, if they sent it, never reached me. That mirror is lagging over 2½ months now. @ Alan There is a nice new mirror in the USA, which syncs every 30 minutes with the Mageia server and has 20Gbits bandwidth (more than we can currently show on our website), that is the Princeton mirror: https://mirror.math.princeton.edu/pub/mageia/ The Princeton mirror is the best one to use. When setting up repositories use "Update your system" from Software Management instead of "Configure media sources for install and update." "Update your system" allows one to specify a mirror rather than using $MIRRORLIST. Resolution:
