When browsing mageia.org, it's relatively hard to land on the interesting page about Mageia's values: http://www.mageia.org/en/about/values/

It highlights the "About" section, but it is not (AFAICT) directly accessible from there.

To find a direct link, I had to go to the contribute page: http://www.mageia.org/en/contribute and click on the inline link "building Free Software projects".

I agree that it's visibility is low although it's also present on community and map page.

Any more concrete suggestion on which page and with which link text it should appear?
Maybe on http://www.mageia.org/en/about/ page?
