I would guess that Office would be the more logical of the two places for it to appear in the menu.  I just noticed this now, but it was actually also the case on Mageia 5.

It might be on purpose actually. I suppose this comes from upstream desktop files.

before ( in KDE4 ) we removed the Graphics keyword. I will do the same.
