Description of problem:
On Cauldron installation with Plasma and two monitors. i have the panel configured to show at the top edge of the desktop. When MCC for instance opens a child window for confirmation or any other purpose, the window'stitle-bar is hidden under the panel. 

How reproducible:
Open any application and try to make it open a child dialog or window. Be sure to have your Plasma Panel at the top edge of the desktop.
