There is a lag regarding the touchpad on laptop Mouse touchpad freeze on Toshiba Sattellite U300, on Mageia 6 sta1. Cursor has lag or freezes for a few seconds between moves.

works well on a hp elitebook 6930, but still, perhaps you could look into it a bit :)

Is it still an issue after applying the updates (especially the kernel-4.7 one)?

It is in live mode. Havent installed.

Did you try both the Gnome and the Plasma5 Live DVD?

If so, does this issue occur on both?

Can you please _attach_ the output of 

   lspicdrake -v
