I am sorry, but I don't see how firefox is related to vuze... :? Assignee:

anssi.hannula Vuze uses embedded firefox. I've been out of the loop with vuze for too long then, sorry for the noise. The same problem also occurs with Firefox 5 Do you have the Nonfree Updates repository enabled (for java-1.6.0-sun)? I cannot reproduce the problem with ... [dave@hodgins ~]$ firefox -version Mozilla Firefox 5.0.1 [dave@hodgins ~]$ java -version java version "1.6.0_26" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_26-b03) Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20.1-b02, mixed mode) CC:

davidwhodgins > Do you have the Nonfree Updates repository enabled (for java-1.6.0-sun)?
Yes
[bernard@Rama ~]$ firefox -version
Mozilla Firefox 5.0.1
[bernard@Rama ~]$ java -version
java version "1.6.0_26"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_26-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 20.1-b02, mixed mode)
Fixed in cauldron. I will push an update in 1/ ( and update the version in the same time like in cauldron ) a new vuze package is now on testing. It doesn't use firefox anymore but webkit Assignee:
anssi.hannula =>
qa-bugs It's working here on my i586 system. As I could not recreate the problem (I'm assuming that's because of some other update I have installed from testing), it would be best if Bernard tried it on his system. It can be installed with urpmi ftp://mageia.webconquest.com/distrib/1/i586/media/core/updates_testing/vuze-4.6.0.4-1.1.mga1.noarch.rpm Watch for line wrap. The srpm is vuze-4.6.0.4-1.1.mga1.src.rpm On x86_64: The version vuze-4.3.0.4-2.mga1 with ff5 and with the openjdk vm was working for the version 4.6 it works too I updated vuze with the urpmi command given above and it works now!!! Thanks a lot. Can someone from the sysadmin team push the srpm vuze-4.6.0.4-1.1.mga1.src.rpm from Core Updates Testing to Core Updates please. Advisory: This update corrects a segfault, that occurred under certain circumstances in the bittorrent program vuze (aka azureus). Keywords:
