Thanks for the report. This is due to the current upgrade to Plasma 5.7.0 which is in progress, but not complete yet. You probably started updating in the mean time, ending up with a Plasma installation mixed with 5.6.5 and 5.7.0 packages, which sadly doesn't work. The solution is to wait for the update to complete (monitor the dev@ mailing list for that, and/or http://pkgsubmit.mageia.org), and then update with urpmi in a tty. (You might have to reinstall task-plasma5 if it was removed by the partial updates). Component:
