these two packages make gstreamer plugins installing jobs's more easier 

it will be so easy when we using it to install all gstreamer plugins' rether than intstall it one by one

so how about it

Sorry for replying so late.

Unfortunately, we need one bug report for every single package request.

Also, we need the upstream link to the package (to be put in the URL field)

In case one of those packages needs the other:

If package A needs package B, you can set package A to depend on the bug report
number of package B, or package B to block the BR number of package A
