Description of problem:

After installing KDE Plasma 5 using the Mga6 Dev1 ISO, mgaapplet & net_applet will not open with double click or right click. If there are updates available, I'll see a message and mgaapplet will appear in the panel but I'm not able to open it. Mgaapplet will continue to show in the panel after updating. If it is a fresh boot, it doesn't appear in the panel.

I can't do anything with net_applet. It appears in the panel once Plasma is started but it doesn't open if I double click it or right click.

This has been an ongoing issue since the first install of Dev1 iso. I thought maybe keeping up with the updates would solve it, but so far, it hasn't.
