Description of problem: boot Mageia-6-sta1-LiveDVD-PLASMA5-i586-DVD to desktop. no panel is displayed.
if system is install and then rebooted, at login there is no panel again

Is it still valid with Plasma 5.7 and KDE Applications 16.04.3 ?

You need to provide xorg log journal ctl have no plasma 5 logs.

Panel loads fine in my system with live dvd it takes bit time to load,so can you try to let it be loading panel something like 10min and see if it loads. ?

This has been fixed in Cauldron, so it should be fine in the next ISOs, whenever those will be.
