Description of problem:

Install from 6sta1 classical iso, choose all types of workstation, no servers, all available desktop environments. 

After reboot loginto Plasma, GNOME and others okay.

But loginto GNOME classic and it does not appear but instead AfterStep desktop appears !! (first time without icons, second login with usual tiles).

(Even though I believe I may not have seen AfterStep as a choice among the desktops during install, but that is another matter entirely).

This reminds me of bug 18199 
"Selecting Gnome Classic launches Kodi (or partial IceWM when kodi is not installed)"

I'll assign this bug to tv, in case it's something that cannot be fixed on Gnome side, instead of deciding that it's a duplicate.

gnome-classic-session was installed so this is _NOT_ an installer issue

Duplicate, most likely Gnome Classic loads whichever desktop is next in the queue since it is not a valid entry.
