Description of problem:in live mode : 1/ If Kalarm is started from application launcher, then closed, the task  bar is locked- no icon is able to be activated.

at this point any running applications are still usable.

2/ If Kalarm is launched via "alt+F2" then closed, then the run input box remains up and wont accept input

To unlock the task bar or "run input box", attempt to launch Kalarm from the method that was not used to cause the function lock-out.

an error box is presented: sorry plasma: kdeinit could not launch `/bin/kalarm`

this releases the lock

a second error box is presented: sorry krunner: kdeinit could not launch `/bin/kalarm`

How reproducible:every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot above .iso from DVD to desktop in live mode
2.launch "kalarm" from launcher menu  and then close
3.attempt to  launch the the launcher menu(or any icon in the system tray)
4.press "alt+F2" and  enter kalarm in the dialogue box. press enter.
5.close the first error box
6.attempt to  launch the the launcher menu(or any icon in the system tray)
7.close the second error box
