Description of problem:in UEFI mode, from either USB or DVD, the below .iso provides a selection screen, but install option just goes blank. does not start usual boot.iso install.

How reproducible:every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1.burn above .iso to DVD or USB
2.boot in UEFI mode and wait for install or rescue option screen
3.choose install and wait

This might have been solved already by the recent fixes to grub2. Can you still reproduce it with a boot-nonfree.iso from today?

no,

selecting Install Mageia, from CD causes the disk to spin at a high speed - no other action.

selecting Install Mageia from USB, the "in use" led  flashes 6 times, and then stays off

todays boot.isos work correctly
