Hi,

I think *bup* (https://github.com/bup/bup) is a very interesting and promising backup tool that you may want to include in Mageia.

I have been able to make and make install the source (except python-xattr that seems too old: python-pyxattr seems to be preferred, and pandoc missing), and it seems to work (very few tests for the moment).

I think it may be also be interesting to add a GUI to bup such as kup or Bups (cf. https://bup.github.io/)

I think it would be really great to have bup, especially with kup as GUI.
