Is refusing to open to FF 38.8.0 our latest version of FF.

Not a good thing.

Chrome version 50.0.2661.94 is ok.

Firefox 46.0.1 seems to work just fine.

However, the assignee there is only maintainer of Thunderbird.
Assinging this bug to all packagers collectively, since there is no maintainer for Firefox
