This is currently not in the Mageia repo but the PClinuxOS rpm works.
When I enquired whether it would appear in MGA6 I was told that it was believed to be unsupported. When I reported (to the Mageia forum) that a brief search confirmed that it was, I was advised to file a bug report and here it is.

You can find simon-0.4.1-3.mga6 in Cauldron, and simon-0.4.1-1.1.mga5 in core-backports_testing... as said in bug 18229 :-/

I wonder why it happens so often that it seems a bug report didn't get filed, and then it gets filed twice
