This is currently not in the Mageia repo but the PClinuxOS rpm works.
When I enquired whether it would appear in MGA6 I was told that it was believed to be unsupported. When I reported (to the Mageia forum that a brief search confirmed that it was, I was advised to file a bug report and here it is.

For Mageia 5 you can find "simon" on Core Backports Testing repo.

Note that David has already packaged simon for Mageia 6.

It still sits in backport_testing for Mageia 5, but simon-0.4.1-3.mga6 is normally available in Mageia 6, I assume that counts as fixing this report.
