On a installation in French, with Firefox configured in French, cups is displayed in English.

Basically we should backport bug #16321 fix to mga5...

Templates for French has been added since October 2017 in the 2.2 branch.

I understand Mga6 is fine?

Yes, Mageia 6 is fine, except the Home page.

Mga5 being EOL, that's actually a dup
