In VirtualBox Mageia1 works fine. $ grep /dev ~/.kde4/share/config/k3brc current_writer=/dev/sr0 writer_device=/dev/sr0 writer_device=/dev/sr0 While it can be done in the k3b config, try changing the above to hdc, and see if that works. CC:

davidwhodgins there are no entries "current_writer=" or "writer_device=" in the file k3brc ! The problem is that the device "/dev/sr0" does not exist. "/dev/hdc" is the wrong device. |
