Description of problem:

Hovering the mouse pointer over the panel net_applet results
in "net_applet" text but no data. Left button clicking on the
net_applet does not launch the Network Center.

This is bug#17592

neoclust wrote somewhere (I forget where) that tv is working on making the Mageia applets work with Plasma.
