Description of problem:
Installed Cinnamon and Plasma together in Arabic. When I log in Cinnamon I can only reboot from a terminal!

How reproducible:
Log in Cinnamon DE then try to shut down the computer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in Cinnamon
2. Try to reboot or shutdown

Same here.
I press (german) MenÃ¼ -> Beenden ( like "menu -> shut down" ), it asks me if i realy want to shut down.
Theres no OK or Yes (i want shutdown) button, just one for abort/cancel.
