Description of problem:
Going to http://forums.mageia.org/ automatically redirects to http://forums.mageia.org/en/

One may (or may not, that's the point of this bug) expect something else instead:
 - to be redirected to its own prefered language forum (browser pref, as is done for www.mageia.org already);
 - to have a list/summary of all known forums + links to go to them.
