Description of problem: choosing "release notes" and "errata" links from Mageia Welcome in Cinnamon DE open "Mageia5 release notes" and "errata" web pages

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.install Cinnamon DE  only from above .iso and reboot
2.login and wait for Mageia Welcome to launch.
3.choose either or both "release notes" or "errata" links from Mageia Welcome.
4. note the web pages opened are for Mageia 5

docteam needs to create placeholder pages, so the new links won't lead to non-existing pages

That was not exactly what I meant :-)

Anyway, just edited the one and created the other, they now contain the sort of placeholder I was thinking of.
