Description of problem: when entering a new bug or editing a bug report using Firefox in Mate DE, the text vanishes.

there is no screen capture utility, so photos supplied

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install Mate only DE from above .iso, 
2.login to Mate DE
3.Invoke Firefox and for example, create or edit a bug report
4. observe white-out where text should be

Thank you reporting ben. Would you mind to write installed mate-themes version (rpm -qi mate-themes)? Probably it's a gtk+3 issue with the default Mate theme.

I see that mate-themes still issues with gtk+3 > 3.19.x so i use adwaita-gtk2-theme for default now, until mate-themes properly fixed by upstream. It should now fixed by mate-desktop-1.13.0-2.mga6. Closing and thanks for testing/reporting.
