Description of problem:when installing system choosing the "help" button does not invoke the help message box

How reproducible:every time - optical / USB/ (net_installer HDD)local *.iso


Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot above .iso from preferred media
2.at any displayed page choose "help"
3.no info box is displayed

likely related:

"release notes" also fails to invoke the "release notes" message box

both of these operations were ok in the previous .isos

I try to remember,sorry - thanks for:

I'll book-mark it - I did not know this existed.
Maybe should be hinted at / sent to QA [.iso testing] at the start of  new .iso testing. 

It will give novice .iso testers an idea as to how to report a bug, why it is reported this way, [and not-so-novice ones a refresher] and most importantly, methods of getting the required info.
