If you are not a member of that "security" group, you are not allowed to restrict bugs to this group. Only reporters can do it when reporting their own bugs. If you were a member of that group, you could restrict bugs at any time. (hiding two comments, now that I have that power, because of the group mail address they contain) Please remove http://people.mageia.org/u/lebedov.html from all groups he's in and add him to the alumni group Done Status:
