Eclipse don't run.

How reproducible: Every time

If I download ( https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ ) and try the new version. I can't run this version :

Eclipse Neon from Cauldron is working for me.  

Bernard, can this bug be closed?

No response since more 1 month and Eclipse works now on Cauldron.
