tmb still present in kernel-desktop-4.4.1-2 Today I gave Cauldron a try, and there is still no signal on DVI, with kernel 4.4.6-desktop-1.mga6 installed. Google found this: http://forum.siduction.org/index.php?topic=6012.0 It's in German and describes the same problem, so I'm not the only one. What's interesting is, my box is a Fujitsu Esprimo, too, P7935. Mass-reassigning all bugs with "kernel" in the Source RPM field that are assigned to tmb, to the kernel packagers group, because tmb is currently MIA. Assignee:

kernel Ãt least for cauldron (current) kernel, intel graphics (J1900) and display port I can confirm this bug. You have to switch the screen on/off to get the signal back. I think this happens when the driver is doing "Restoring backlight state" on an external monitor. I'll recheck this with a 4.4 kernel from mga5 - I think this happend after updating to mga 6 CC:

mageia Mageia 5 has officially reached its End of Life on December 31st, 2017 https://blog.mageia.org/en/2017/11/07/mageia-5-eol-postponed/ Is this bug still valid for latest Mageia 6 or cauldron kernel? CC:
