 /usr/bin/rcp conflict rsh-o.17-31.mga5.x86-64 conflicts with file from with krbg-applservers-1.0.3-6.mga5.x86-64

1. clean network install.
2. Enable non-free and tainted media.
3. Pick Custom package install
4. in Package Group Selection screen set all package groups selected except
5. Other Graphical Desktops. In that one select Gnome and KDE.

I see no such package as krbg-applservers in our repositories.

Sorry, guessing I need to take a shorthand class so I can keep up with what is scrolling by on the screen. 

How about    krb5-appl-servers-1.0.3-6.mga5.x86_64.rpm

Ok, assigning to the maintainer of krb5-appl-servers with other packagers collectively in CC for rsh which has no registered maintainer.

You can't install all packages in Mageia.  Some of them explicitly conflict.  This is one example.  If the packages failed to note the conflicts in the RPM metadata, it would be a bug, but rsh correctly has Conflicts: krb5-appl-clients.

Sorry, I should have read more carefully.  krb5-appl included rcp in *both* the client and server package.  I see no logical reason for this.  I have removed rcp from krb5-appl-servers.  Thanks for the report.
