qarte versions before 2.7.0 are no longer compatible with the arte.tv website, therefore most features are now broken in Mageia 5.

Package submit to testing. The advisory is just the same as below, just changing version from 2.3 to 2.7

Unfortunately qarte < 2.0.8 is not working anymore. cf. upstream: https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?pid=21452198#p21452198
