Description of problem:

KRunner beeps too frequently, using the sound set for [Event/Textcompletion: partial match].

This is inherited from:
kdebase4-runtime:/usr/share/apps/kde/kde.notifyrc
and furthermore from:
mageia-kde4-config-common:/var/lib/mageia/kde4-profiles/common/share/config/kde.notifyrc

To get rid of the too may beeps, one has to go into System Settings -> Manage notifications -> Event source: KDE Workspace -> Textcompletion: Partial Match, to uncheck "Play a sound".

I suggest you to disable this sound by deleting
Sound=KDE-Sys-List-Match-Multiple.ogg
from the 
[Event/Textcompletion: partial match]
section of the file
/var/lib/mageia/kde4-profiles/common/share/config/kde.notifyrc

I know there are KDE distros that default to silent partial match -- I don't remember which one, maybe F15.

I'm guessing the updates in Core updates testing are for this bug.

As a member of the qa team, I have Core updates testing enabled.

The packages
mageia-kde4-config-common
Default-kde4-config
from the srpm mageia-kde4-config-1-12.1.mga1.src.rpm
have been installed on my system, and tested.

I can confirm it stops the annoying beep on every keypress when using
krunner.

qa tesing complete on my i586 system.  Once testing has been completed
on a x86-64 system, these packages should be pushed from Core Updates Testing
to Core Updates.

The update is not only for this bug in fact but thks for noticing the new package.
There's also a new top.svg which should used with KDE SC 4.6.5 (i just need to build locally kde-l10n before )
I'm going to open a bug report for it once everything is done.
