So they're not mounted? Or are they listed when you run "df" I don't remember whether they used to get auto-mounted when using a live iso, did/should they? CC:

6dev1 oops, need more coffee.... they wouldn't show up in the file manager if they weren't mounted, so something else is going on is this only in plasma5, or in gnome, too? CC:

mageia and can you please look at the permissions where the devices are mounted.
e.g. if they all have a mountpoint in /run/user/live/, what is then the output of
ls -al /run/user/live/

this sequence is repeatable every time desktop is logged out and back in.
if no crash notifications appear in task bar / panel, the sequence can be restarted

[Mga6-dev1] Plasma5: Unable to access files and directories of existing HDD or USB devices. curiously Amarok is able to access internal HDD music files, However Dolphin and Dragon player are not able to access same HDD okular and gimp is also able to access internal HDDS Gwenview is not - very odd Is this bug still valid for the released 6dev1 isos?
