Note that we have only libzip 0.11.2 (+ patch for security issue fixed in 1.0) in Mageia 5, I don't know if the latter would have to be updated together with the mingw32 package. Summary:

It's not libzip for Linux, but libzip for mingw (crosscompile for windows). Now my program work, I have use the fedora rpm. see in french : http://www.developpez.net/forums/d1564147/c-cpp/bibliotheques/zip-windows/
