Description of problem: attempting to launch "Configure system security,permissions and audit" immediately, both from Live DVD and from installed system from Live DVD

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. boot to Live KDE DVD,[17/01/2016, 19:30 CET]
2.invoke MCC
3.choose security tab and attempt to launch "Configure system security,permissions and audit"

just checked again after submitting bug report and it is now ok....

I cannot reproduce it in an existing and updated cauldron.

Can you start start (as root)

  journalctl -f > journalctl-f.txt

and then try to reproduce it?

If it does reproduce, then please attach journalctl-f.txt to this bug report.

Then please do also (as normal user is OK):

  rpm -qa | grep msec

and paste the output in a comment.
