harddrake-ui-13.35-1mdv2010.1
harddrake-ui-13.58-1.mga1

The mga package should be a update of the mdv one.
At it is the same with lots of packages....

It is an update; there's no way you can have both installed at the same time, which means this is a hiccup in the rpm database (i.e. the system crashed while you were upgrading, urpmi crashed... etc), IIUC.

I think you can do this:
urpme harddrake-ui-13.35-1mdv2010.1
urpmi --replacepkgs harddrake-ui
