While source code bring po files, leocad 0.80 is not translated.
This bug was fixed upstream in version 0.82.

I have uploaded a updated package for Mageia 5.

You can test this simply using LeoCAD in french : before the update it is in english.

I don't think so, it's in the list at http://madb.mageia.org/tools/updates 

However QA team seems a bit overwhelmed these days so it's just a matter either of time, or of giving them help.

No installation issues.
Leocad still has only english menus.

Advisory loaded, but as per comment 4, and "urpmf leocad" not showing any locale
files, it doesn't appear to be fixed.

Upstream still inserts locale files into the binary. I've talked him about that, but he - and I - didn't take time to look at what needs change.

So yes you will not see except if you launch in french.

I have verified, and only french and portuguese translations were done for now :
only leocad_fr.ts and leocad_pt.ts in the source tree.

Tested here on MGA-64 portuguese, all appears translated.
