Thanks for the report, it likely just needs a rebuild against the current Qt5 version. Assignee:

mageia It's probably due to the qtbase5-database-plugin-* packages in version 5.4.0 which were not properly obsoleted by lib(64)qt5-database-plugin-* 5.5.1 (and later on 5.6.0-beta). Could you try again? I believe this issue would be fixed in the current cauldron (after update). No idea about bug 16097 though. CC:

mageia After the last update both plasmashell and Qt Creator no longer have the issue described and there is no "Cannot mix incompatible Qt library..." in .xsession-errors so I think this issue is resolved. Status:
