Description of problem: I noticed that the known file extension called .pem doesn't exist in Photorec so I took the opportunity to change file_list.c and then Makefile.am just like the cgsecurity wiki page tells you to if there's a file extension missing. I may have missed out to change some row in the two attached files, but here's my contribution anyway.

How reproducible: All the time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a Terminal/Console window.
2. Login as root.
3. Install testdisk and photorec by issuing urpmi testdisk photorec --auto
4. As root, type photorec and press Enter/Return or Execute button.
5. Choose to look in the entire hard drive and then change the files that you want to find and recover.
6. Go down to the letter p in the list of file types and you'll see that pem is in fact missing in the list.

Please check all the possible errors I may have missed to fix.

For the last attachment I used the file_png.c as a template so that's why it has some rows that's not supposed to be there.

I didn't know how to delete the unrelated rows so I left them to be changed by someone else.

I'd rather see you file a bug in upstream. They can include it and this way Mageia will get it as well. Adding such patches downstream doesn't seem practical.
