Description of problem:
plasma 5 cannot show Chinese font characters in qt apps. What should be Chinese characters are displayed as squares.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install task-plasma.
2.Set language to Chinese (Traditional).
3.Log out and log into plasma 5.
