As the summary says. I guess this is just a legacy initscript bit conflicting with newer systemd subsystem. But that's quite painful to debug, as every documentation refers to the new configuration file.

I believe Colin is planning to re-align our initscripts with Fedora's and deprecate more sysconfig files.
